We raise beautiful, lovable, remarkable Goldendoodle puppies in our home and we send them home with you in good health and full of love. We only breed parents that have been geneticall tested to ensure the heatlh of all our puppies. We are puppy lovers and it is our sincere hope that nothing will ever go wrong with your new puppy, but a puppy's health is dependent on a number of factors that are not always within our control including exercise, food and nourishment, and overall care. While we can't guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we can guarantee we will do our best to ensure your new family member is healthy from the moment he or she arrives at your home!
Your puppy is guaranteed for two days (48 hours) after leaving our care against any kind of preventable illnesses. If your regular veterinarian is not available, you are required to take your puppy to another veterinarian or your guarantee will be null and void. If the puppy is determined to be in poor health, as evidenced by the provision of two unassociated veterinarian reports, and our veterinarians concur, you'll be given the option of keeping the puppy (assuming all cost for its care), or returning the puppy for replacement. All costs incurred are your responsibility and no refunds are given.
Your puppy is guaranteed for two years from its date of birth for any life threatening congenital/hereditary disorders. Any known fault will be disclosed in advance and in writing. Certain disorders may be caused by environmental factors and are not covered by your guarantee, including allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders. We are not responsible for stress-related illness such as hypoglycemia, colds, coccidia, giardia, nor kennel cough.
The following issues are not covered in the health guarantee: molero, internal/external parasites, physical problems which are or could be the result of injury (hip dysplasia), collapsing trachea, hernias, non-descending testicles, luxating patellas, open fontanels, cherry eyes or breedability. Contact your veterinarian for treatment immediately if any symptoms occur.
Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until he's had his vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to ensure immunity against disease. There is no guarantee against negligence or injury. Your puppy will have current wormings and vaccinations at the time of delivery, but it is your responsibility to keep the vaccinations and wormings current.
If in the unlikely event of death, we require a letter from two unassociated veterinarians along with a copy of the necropsy report stating cause of death. If the cause of death is determined to be due to a congenital medical condition, an arrangement for a replacement puppy of equal or lesser quality will be made. If your dog becomes pregnant, this health warranty contract is null void. All our puppies are sold as pets only. Your puppy needs to be neutered/spayed by 7 months of age.
We do not guarantee color, size, fertility or temperament of any puppy. We are not responsible for any debts you may incur with your new puppy (veterinarian, grooming, etc.). You are responsible for any shipping fees, including crates, needed to deliver the puppy safely. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold a puppy.
Full payment is due prior to shipping with a pet courier. Shipment of your puppy is at your risk. All precautions will be taken to assure that your puppy is properly crated and cared for, but we are not responsible for any unforeseen occurrences on the part of the pet courier or personnel.
All puppies go home at 8 weeks old, no exceptions. If your puppy is not picked up, your puppy will become available to another family and your deposit will be forfeited.
Your puppy guarantee is not valid if the puppy is sold or given to a third party.
